At Aure, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below:

 Eligibility for Returns

 • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

 • Pre-orders and custom-made items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

 Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

• Gift cards and promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.

 Return Process

 within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

 • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original product.
